Andrew Bradley, Senior Delivery Lead – Net Zero Travel & Transport Team, NHS England

Andrew has worked in transport for twenty years. Initially working in the London bus industry, he made the leap into the world of transport planning, working initially at Surrey County Council, then for over a decade as Sustainable Transport Manager at City of York Council and latterly at West Yorkshire Combined Authority where he was Head of Customer Services.

Andrew joined the newly formed Net Zero Travel & Transport team in April 2022, working as part of a small but perfectly formed group who are working to shape the delivery of zero emission travel and transport within the NHS.

Leading on modal shift, Andrew is working collaboratively with NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems across England to identify and deliver high impact measures which will reduce the NHS’s Carbon emissions at pace.
